State Farm®

Drive Safe & Save® is a program offered by State Farm that rewards safe driving habits with discounts on auto insurance. This program is now being integrated into the State Farm app, making it easier for customers to access and manage their Drive Safe & Save details. If you are already enrolled in the program, you will receive an email when it is time to start using the app. Your information from the Drive Safe & Save app will not be lost during this transition.

It is important to note that the terms of use for Drive Safe & Save, including the collection and sharing of precise location data, only apply to customers who have set up the program and enabled specific permissions on their mobile devices.

In addition to the Drive Safe & Save program, the State Farm app also allows customers to view and manage their insurance policies. This includes the ability to quickly pay insurance bills using Google Pay and access insurance cards. Customers can also view their policies and coverage details.

The app also offers assistance for claims, allowing customers to file vehicle, property, or vehicle glass claims and track their status. They can also receive notifications about their claim status and request roadside assistance for issues such as tire changes, dead batteries, and stuck vehicles. The app also provides a search feature for repair facilities.

Other convenient features of the State Farm app include personalized reminders and notifications, the ability to log in using biometrics or a PIN, and a messaging feature for technical assistance. Customers can also view details about their financial products and access help topics within the app. Additionally, the app provides information about other products offered by State Farm.
