The app also offers Zelle, a fast and fee-free way to pay and split payments with trusted individuals. Users can also easily deposit checks from their mobile device and locate fee-free ATMs near them. The app provides access to account information such as statements, balances, and recent activity, and allows for same-day or scheduled payments.
For a more comprehensive financial view, users can link all their bank accounts, credit cards, and investment accounts through the Smarter Aggregation feature. Spending insights allow users to track their spending habits and trends across all their accounts, and bill management allows for easy viewing and management of bills and recurring payments. Citi credit card customers can also view their FICO® Score for free through the app.
The app also offers convenient features for managing credit cards, such as making payments, setting up automatic payments and transfers, and disputing transactions. Users can also customize their account alerts and change their credit card due date. For added security, the app offers Citi Quick Lock to lock or unlock lost or misplaced cards, and allows for PIN resets and fingerprint authentication.
